At NWSL Shop, we want you to represent your favorite team with pride; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached; please note that customized jerseys and final sale items are non-returnable.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Package Your Gear
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, include the packing slip, and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
